The actual servicing of each system is so
important that we felt it necessary to have a small section dedidated
specifically to it. We could not claim to be a customer service
oriented company without providing superior service. It is our goal to
provide a custom recommendation for each of our customers that will
effectively eliminate any water problems they may be having or simply
to improve on water conditions they are experiencing. For optimal
functioning, it is extremely important to properly maintain each
system. This maintenance includes replacing the depleted media at least
once each year, reviewing all of the working parts to ensure proper
function and make any adjustments or repairs, and to test the water
again to see if there are any changes. Water can change over time and
it is important to be sure that we are continuing to treat the water
effectively. Again, our goal is to be sure the system you have works
properly 365 days a year, and that cannot be accomplished without
proper maintenance.
We also like for both the service technicians and
the office staff to communicate with our customers. We want to hear
from you and know what is working well and what concerns you may have.
Should you have any concerns, we have to hear about them to address
them.

educate you on what we are doing and why so you have a clear
understanding of your water and provide you with an explanation of what
we are doing to your system and why. Clear communication on a regular
